Georgia Access

 Georgia Access is the state’s program for Georgians to shop for and enroll in health insurance. With Georgia Access, Georgians can choose from many options for high-quality, comprehensive, and affordable health insurance.

 Starting October 1, 2025, Georgia Pathways members will need to pay a copay when getting care. Copays are not required for Pathways members under age 21.

What Members Need to Know

  • Copays will be collected at your doctor’s visit or at the pharmacy.
  • If you cannot pay the copay, you will still get the covered service.
  • Copay amounts are set by t
